Final Report
Abstract
The European Wind Day received a strong positive response from both organisers and participants to the many events held simultaneously across Europe. Various wind industry players reacted to EWEA’s call agreeing that the time is right to promote wind energy in the hearts and minds of European citizens. The public gave an equally strong endorsement of wind energy through its excellent enthusiasm and participation in all events, in every nation, with the true spirit of festivity the European Wind Day evoked.
